Formerly The legendary Last Day Saloon, the Rockit Room has torn up Last Day's carpet and gone gleaming hard wood and stainless steel swank. The pool table is only a dollar and the cocktails are big. The tuesday night acoustic open mic night here is so far sparsely attended, but seems to attract talented players nonetheless. There was a pretty big boost for the place when CBS shot auditions for their show "Rock Star: The Series" here end of March 2006.
