Viva la dive bar! The self-proclaimed "most elegant dive bar in Berkeley," was founded in (and kept in the family since) 1953, and is one of the last Berkeley dive bars along the San Pablo Avenue corridor. The next generation has taken over management of the Missouri Lounge and has introduced this new open mic on wednesdays. Please drop me a line if you attend.
