Poised on Napa's first street strip, Caffe Cicero has been intimately involved with the revitalization of Napa's live music scene since they opened. Owner Rich encourages local talent and set up the open mic night soon after opening in 2003. Their web page is waaay out of date; just ignore the May 2004 calendar on their site.
