BISON PALE ALE

Bison Pale Ale, brewed for years in Berkeley, California may be my absolute favorite ale on the planet. Strong, extremely aromatic and smooth it's one of the richest, most satisfying brews out there. It has a coppery lift and a smooth finish and makes an incredible gravy if you use it while cooking lamb chops. It's also a fabulous accompanyment to tortilla chips with fresh salsa or a good old peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Bison may be capitalizing on their new line of "hard iced teas" at present, but for me it's all about the beer (which reminds me, their chocolate and Gingerbread stouts aren't bad either).
